Spring 2026 Skating Session

The Spring Session runs from March 30-June 13 at The Rinks at Summit Centre and Langley Sportsplex. There are a range of sessions throughout the week.  Please take a look at the programs available to find the best one for you.  For more information and to register, visit Uplifter. 

Skate Canada fee - An annual fee, valid Sept. 1, 2024–Aug. 31, 2025, payable at registration. All money collected for this fee goes directly to Skate Canada. 

Canskate: This is Skate Canada's Learn to Skate Program. In Spring, this program is on Monday from 4:45-5:30pm.

Jr. Academy: These sessions are by inviation from our coaches, and are designed for skaters ready to start working on their figure skating skills. Jr. Academy includes both on ice and off ice training. In Spring, Jr. Academy is on Mondays from 4:00-5:30, Thursdays from 4:45-6:15pm and/or Saturdays from 8:00-9:45am. Skaters are encouraged to register for at least 2 sessions per week. 

Open: All skaters that are in STAR 2 or higher can register for these sessions.  Please note that lessons are not included in the price. Our Open sessions are Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00 at The Rinks at Summit Centre and Thursday mornings from 6:00-7:30am at Langley Sportsplex. We also have an STAR 4+/Adult Open session on Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:00am at The Rinks at Summit Centre. 

Development:  Skaters in STAR 1 and higher who are also registered for an Open session can register for this session. These sessions include an on ice and off ice group lesson. Development sessions are divided by level. There are Development sessions on Monday from 4:00-5:30, Wednesday from 4:30--6:15pm, Thursday from 4:00-5:30 and 4:45-6:15 and Saturday from 8:00-9:45am. 

Synchro: In the Spring, our synchro skaters work on their skills. This is a great time to try synchro without having to commit to a team for the whole season. We offer STAR 4/ STAR 6 Synchro Skills on Wednesday from 4:00-4:30. Adult 2 Synchro Skills are on Thursday from 9:00-10:00pm at Langley Sportsplex and Adlut 3 Synchro Skills are on Friday from 9:00-10:00am at Fleetwood Arena.
